Stellar. I quit drinking and now I eat way more and I’ve lost 20% of my bodyweight in under six months. I was drinking tons every day, maybe 1500-2000cal.

My belt that almost didn’t fit around my belly, I’m at the final hole before I have to get a smaller belt. My pants fall down if I’m not wearing it tightly. My watch band almost needs to be replaced with a smaller one. I feel awesome every day.

I have stretch marks but no loose skin, so I’m thankful. I hope the stretch marks stay. My chest is smaller, which is totally great. I’m just starting getting back into exercising, but I feel just excellent about myself now!

Got my ass back in gear after gaining 80lbs during Covid. Not going to win any competitions, but I’m in shape and sub-15% fat

I dunno, for men that compete they are usually at like 7% I think… best I ever got down to was like 8. If you’re not actively trying to cut it down men are usually around 15-20, women 20-30

Edit- I did not google this, top of my head numbers

Men that compete go much lower than 7%. If you stepped on stage with 7% you would get laughed at, I’ve gone that low as a hobbyist that doesn’t compete (see my profile picture, that was my lowest ever bodyfat last summer, bulking through summer this year)

I’m down from 228 to 220. Not really that great, but I’ll keep you posted lmao

I miss the days of being 150 lbs. I felt like I had so much energy I could run a marathon. Now I feel like a quick run could kill me. :D

I fully support this idea for everyone else, this is clearly the right way to approach the topic.

Doesn’t stop me personally from trying to transform a few more kilos of fat into muscle though. My excuse is that it is for health reasons, but deep down I know vanity is a relevant factor.

I hear ya! I try to stay active enough in general throughout the year for health and vanity reasons myself. Just not interested in piling on extra self-loathing for summer alone haha

I’m trying to shed about five kilos before the heat really hits. Not for any sort of beauty reasons, I just wanna make forty degree summer days suck slightly less.

My ideal summer body is replacing this rotting flesh husk with cold, hard machine precision. But that’s not really an option yet :(
