I’m a little sceptical on honey glazed salmon, I’d want to mix in some soy sauce or something to balance out the sweetness.

But you can just try a few mixes with the honey to see what profile you like then make a glaze out of it.

A good bottle of soy sauce lasts a while, they probably already have some in the pantry. Or Maggi.

Plus toss some herbs on that salmon… good stuff.

Its made in the same kitchen as the “ready in 15 minute’s” recipes that leave out 30 minutes of food prep and 1hr of cook time.

It sounds disgusting to me, but here you go:

Roasted Salmon in a Strawberry-Balsamic Reduction

      • 2 salmon fillets
      • ½ tsp coarse black pepper
      • For the Strawberry-Balsamic Reduction:
      • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped + more for topping
      • 4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
      • 4 Tbsp water
      • 4 Tbsp honey

Leftover Reduction: You can enjoy any leftover strawberry-balsamic reduction drizzled over yogurt, with ice cream or as a substitute for jam.

Definitely not. They probably already have other ingredients, but needed these things since they were out, or low.
