I’m a fan of pendejo. If you’ve never heard someone say it you’re missing out. It’s always said with such utter contempt and the “de” is emphasized so hard it’s practically spit out.

Runner up: puta madre

In Italian we have a category of curse words called “bestemmie” which they are actually illegal to say because they’re an insult to God or the religion in general.

Some of my favourite ones are “Dio cane” (god is a dog), “Dio merda” (god is a shit), “Dio boia” (god is an executioner).

Do short phrases work?

Because, if so, the Chinese 你妈死了 ( ni ma si la, your mom is dead ) is one of my all time favorites.

It’s kinda basic, but I surprisingly don’t know almost any other vulgar phrases/words in other languages.

Russian, сука блять (cyka blyat) (fucking shit, bitch whore). блять just sounds to me like someone mini vomiting or coughing while theyre cursing.

Swedish, “kuk” is such a funny word. I also like jävel/jävla… Um, skit is quite useful. Skitbra means “really good”, skithäftig is “damn cool/really cool”.

In German, my other language, I like Hurensohn, Verdammt, Arschloch…
