Their cat builds a mecha that pulls out a card and successfully pays for it.
The mecha costs more than what they were paying for.
I mean… doesn’t meowth’s payday move generate coins? That’s obviously how they can afford the mech
Their Meowth doesn’t know any moves because he spent all his knowledge capacity learning to speak human.
He can scratch and bite! But yeah I believe there was an actual episode about meowth not knowing payday
Fury Swipes, False Swipe, Bite, and his fourth move slot he gave up for human speech.
Also most of the time he scratches his mates and not other pokemon
It’s so weird to see the 4chan greentext style of writing on other social media platforms…
The greentext format will probably outlive the color green
>implying
It’s immortalised in markdown
Because it was a text only format for blockquotes in email before either
Thought it was about sick pay at first with the “ill pay”, haha.
Sometimes we can forgo punctuation, sometimes we can’t.
I’ve always wondered what happens in these situations? I got close one time when I went to buy some stuff at Walmart and my card was dexlined(turns out my card was stolen, spent all my money on tik tok, called bank and charges were reversed in 2 days). I had to leave without getting the food I was trying to buy so it was a little difficult figuring out meals for those 2 days but I survived.
But at a restaurant, I can’t give the meal back. I wouldn’t assume they just write off the cost. If it was out of my control(like my example above) police should not really need to be involved. I doubt the old story of being forced to wash dishes for the night to pay for the meal is true.
So what actually happens?
If you can explain that you have the money to pay, you just can’t get to it at the moment, you can leave something valuable or your ID card at the restaurant and return with the money later.
If you can’t pay even later, it’s petty theft and they may get police involved.
My luck I would leave my ID and then get pulled over on way home…
“license, insurance and registration…”
“look officer, you probably won’t believe this…”
I’ve known people who got caught dine and dashing at the local Denny’s and they were offered a chance to either pay the bill or work it off so I’m not as doubtful of the old cliche.
Job market is rough right now… could this be a life hack for getting a position at a restaurant??
