    Fortunately we’ve evolved a really awesome mechanism. When your body needs more water, you get thirsty.

      ADHD can make you completely ignore that signal for way, way too long.

      My body also misinterprets that signal as “hunger”, and a craving for some wet food. Maybe like yogurt or a cup of pudding. You know something that just slides down easy. Yeah #thisiswhyimfat.

        Yep…
        Take my meds and of to the race on one cup of tea at the morning.
        Sometimes I will remember the bottle of water on my table in front of my monitors at work. Sometimes.

      Me too. Sometimes I feel like I must get thirsty in a reasonable way, but when I actually notice the sensation is another matter. At other times I’m incessantly thirsty.
