My elementary school teacher told us once that Americans only poop once a week. The climate is colder in North America, so their intestines pack the poop together very densely such that they only need to poop once a week. She said you’d be sent to the doctor if you poop daily in America.

Is this true?

Some of us do, but that’s a dietary issue associated with high animal product consumption and basically no fiber consumption.

Like everyone else anywhere from 3x/day to once every 3 days is normal and healthy.

          Do I now?

I actually tried out the carnivore diet for a couple months a few years back. After the first week, I had a bm at the same time every single day. For comparison, I was averaging once per 2-3 days before that.

While I’m not a fan of the diet, the experiment did a good job of revealing who doesn’t know shit about what they’re talking about, with the subjects this time being you and @captianlezbian.
