2,2 L of water 0,75 L of black tea 0,25 L of choci milk
Who the fuck tracks how much water they drink?
Hydrohomies
I don’t really track it closely but I typically do 3-4 liters a day in addition to whatever caffeine carrier fits the day (coffee, soda, e-drink)
Part of that is I shifted my stress eating into stress drinking water. Also now i just feel weird if I don’t drink so much.
Well hey stress drinking (water) is a much healthier coping mechanism so good for you.
I’m drinking 60% water right now.
Plus ice?
Neat
Good point… Fuck ICE
What is the 40%?
Ethanol aged in oak and a few congeners.
By volume?
Not time
Waidaminut
can I put gin and lime juice in a pound of club soda?
I can’t.
750ml of water mixed with 25gm of coffee
This is my water intake regimen.

It’s late at night and if you want me to puddle my bed, I am going to drink another one
It’s winter
I’ve drank about 1L so far with 2.5L left in my water bottle :3
(Edit: my water bottle is empty, I have drank 3.5 liters of water :3)
I have to pee first, but probably gonna drink another 12oz before laying down. I’m just a thirsty bitch though, ain’t no way around it
100 oz of black tea, 2 L of homemade coke zero, 20 oz tap water.
1.5 L and I’m already starting the next .5.
Do you guys struggle to drink enough water when you’re cold? I’m cold pretty much every day at work, and therefore
I drink water all day every day. The first thing I do when I wake up is chug a glass of water. So much so that my wife insisted that I get tested to see if I am diabetic. I am not, I just love water.
Probably not enough. I drink flavored water. I find the taste of purified water odd. I love to drink spring water though. No heat for me. My room is an icebox.
Sorry you live in a place where tap water is not good. Wherever I lived, except china and India, tap water was always better than bottled water.
In America. Especially inner cities, there is a fear of small amounts of lead in tap water. I still drink it but I flavor it. Old city pipes are made of lead.
Sorry, this is not about you; just a reflection. I’ve been in the US a couple times and I got my positive and negative impressions. The more I learn about life in the US, the less it feels like a desirable country to live in. Not talking about the current political situation, just how life works and quality of life.
