TeamSpeek or Mumble.
Both have excellent voice chat.
I would love to see the OS share. I bet us Linux users are all over it, since right now it is the only tool we can use to do all of that in the same place and easily.

Currently there is no voice or video support in any Spacebar instance. This is a very difficult feature to get working, especially given that we must implement it the exact same way as Discord.com for client compatibility. We would be incredibly thankful for any assistance.

I was under the impression that plutonium on my server would be controlled by me. Say, if I wanted to give it away, I could. At least, that’s what I’ve read.
