I mean sure but there’s only an extra office in Ontario because the national capital is in Ontario. If Ottawa wasn’t the capital, I bet there wouldn’t be an office there.

Out of curiosity why are you reluctant to buy a Shield?

I was on the fence for a while but I’ve been extremely happy with it and have only run into minimal issues (and significantly less than with my smart tv before).

The moment already happened, it’s the entirety of Carney’s speech. There’s a reason it’s getting the praise and attention it’s gotten, it was a wake up call for the whole world and it seems most heard it as intended.
