The changes I mentioned have already landed. Eg chatmail relays rejecting clear text emails is the default now.

In general we focus on the encrypted chat part and not on the clear text email. You can just use any mail client for clear text email, there is no benefit in using delta chat client for that. It’s actually worse since you won’t get notifications for non-chatmail which is not possible to fix on platforms like iOS which don’t have permanent background modes.
This doesn’t mean we are actively trying to remove clear text email support but some recent innovations required refactoring that we decided not to fully back port to clear text email, because it’s not our priority.

By default newer versions of the chatmail relay will drop unencrypted incoming mail so this usecase will be phased out. Relay operators should not have to deal with all the rules around storing private information (which could be in those unencrypted emails).

I’m all for not having vibe coded security vulnerabilities creeping into my apps but that repo lists apps if they’ve ever even attached copilot to an issue/pr which is pretty hard not to do because the button is bigger than attaching yourself to an issue.

Because it’s proven to boost the launch numbers of movies and games when it leaks early because it creates buzz online which is free advertising.
The comic (and you) are pretending veganism is just a silly diet instead of a social justice movement. You may not be doing this intentionally but the OP posts this same misuse day after day.
Similarly if someone repeatedly posted jokes about another social justice movement, eg feminism, that would get pretty annoying too.
This user regularly posts intentional misuse of the term vegan either as misinfo or ragebait.

Delta Chat aims for “WhatsApp-level” simplicity and these webxdc zips are just called “apps” when regular users interact with them in the Delta Chat app.
This blog post goes a bit more in-depth on what they are, how they work and how you can build one. Which I thought would be interesting for this Technology forum.

simple to use
Not sure how to make that simpler
Yeah because newer version are always more stable
