It’s better that justice works some of the time than that it never works at all.

You want to stop them doing one good thing because they didn’t do a different good thing too? That doesn’t make any sense. Doing something is better than doing nothing just because it’s “fair”.

That profit level is actually so low that it’s almost losing money for investors once you account for inflation. Any lower and there wouldn’t be any investors
Good! Why are we allowing investors to leech a profit off of a basic necessity of life? No one should be milking extra profit out of the poor people trying to survive. A system that allows this deserves to collapse.
Some countries waited years after that to join in.
And the Canadian government STILL hasn’t put out a travel warning to the US.
It WAS the attitude until it started invading its neighbours.

Typical abuser behaviour. What do they have left when the victim decides to break the cycle and leave the relationship? They double down on what they’ve been doing so far. More abuse.
Either the victim caves and goes back, or it reminds them of all the reasons they left in the first place and guarantees they never return. We’re choosing the second one.
This is amazing but the protests need to be sustained until things change. Nothing will change if you set a date for when the protests end.

Fuck off with this bullshit. It wasn’t a joke. I’m so sick of the media normalizing Trump’s crap.
