I don’t read french, but with those numbers it still puts Quebec as the top purchaser of Teslas in Canada.

$6 million for this:
“This project will support the conduct of credible, inclusive and well-prepared post-war elections in Ukraine, enabling the equal and meaningful participation of women and marginalized populations. It aims to strengthen the administration of elections by the Central Election Commission of Ukraine; enhance the delivery of inclusive voter education, communications and responses to disinformation; and support independent civil society oversight and evidence-based analysis of electoral processes.”
Isn’t the problem in front of them Russia?

LOL. Just no. Quebec is the number one province for purchasing Teslas.
Quebec is the province that buys the most Teslas in Canada, accounting for 43% of all new electric vehicle registrations in 2025. Other provinces with significant registrations include British Columbia and Ontario, representing 28% and 23% of the total registrations, respectively.

Isn’t every holiday just a family holiday?

gerontocratic
I learned something. I did not know that was a word.

I’d just like to know which problem they are trying to solve.

Do you think this would help or hurt QAC polling numbers?

Money supply growing at 7% is another way of saying inflation. You have to grow the economy, ie increase GDP.
With current estimates at 23%-29% of Albertans supporting separatism, what do you think the most appropriate response would be? That’s a lot of people to just ignore. Would there be any value in understanding the major drivers for supporting separatism, and addressing those where it makes sense?

Loblaws sells much more than groceries. Shoppers Drug Mart revenue is also included in Loblaws numbers.

Do you think we will ever be told what the economic benefit is predicted to be, and then the actual number?

I have free long distance to Mexico, US and Canada with 50GB for $29 including taxes. (Public Mobile). Sasktel can’t come close.

I think a couple of things can be true at the same time. Long term, high speed rail is a good thing. Also true is this project will definitely be vastly over budget. I would just like to see some concrete data to let us know the planners have actually looked at the factors.

Huge decrease in mail delivery over the last 5 years. Number of pieces of mail delivered to homes has gone from 372 in 2006 to 131 in 2024 (Canada Post data).

In those cases, the market decides. Just look at Target, The Bay, Eatons etc. With all of those failures, the taxpayer wasn’t on the hook for any of it.

Interesting viewpoint. I don’t agree, but we’ll see how that goes. I think Canadians would be open to more socialism, but in very focused areas.

Colonization is not genocide. You won’t find a definition anywhere that says it is.
We all know most people don’t bother to read the story. Too many words. I don’t support separatism, or the separatists. I do think there’s value in understanding what the grievances are. A lot of (Laurentian mostly) Canadians just dismiss Alberta issues out of hand.
