This alone is very telling
Is it? It’s just one of the CCMDs, there’s a bunch; USAFRICOM, USEUCOM, USINDOPACOM, USCENTCOM, etc. I guess it’s existence indicates that the US military operates globally, but I’d have thought all the dead brown children would have tipped people off to that one…
At least they haven’t named it “Africa Korps”.
