Not you, necessarily, but the fact that this is even an issue. This whole thing is just language policing. I get it, I think it’s insensitive, but I also think you have to pick your battles and jumping down people’s throats like this just makes them enemies. There’s plenty of people who are consciously and actively trying to make the world a worse place and not just making casual jokes without challenging their underlying assumptions.
