The war didn’t start when Hamas attacked, thousands had been killed and imprisoned up to this point. And even if it did start then, Hamas has a right to defend the sovereignty of Palestine, and Hezbollah has a right to assist in the fight against an active genocide on their borders.

The war didn’t start when Hamas attacked.

Actually, it did. A conflict and a war are not the same thing.

Hezbollah has a right to assist

      Well, the Lebanese Government disagrees.

If my two dip shit neighbors start fighting, and I decide to throw a rock at one of them, I might not have started the fight, but I certainly stuck my nose in it and don’t get to cry fowl when the neighbor I hit starts fighting me too.

You call Palestine a dip shit neighbor? You are the dip shit

I decide to throw a rock at one of them, I might not have started the fight, but I certainly stuck my nose in it and don’t get to cry fowl when the neighbor I hit starts fighting me too.

Israel is threatening the whole middle east with i’s greater Israel project. Just like europe, it is not waiting for Russia to finish off Ukraine to deal with the russian threat

Who is crying foul? The people of Lebanon support Hezbollah, their government undermines their legitimate defense in the interest of catering to foreign powers and protecting themselves. The Zionists have attacked Lebanon for decades and have made it no secret they intend to annex parts of southern Lebanon. Hezbollah has proven capable of resisting the Zionist invasion attempting to take their lands, would you rather they sit on their weapons and do nothing while they watch innocent people be slaughtered by the thousands?

People talk about what they would do if they were alive when the Nazis were commiting their genocide, should we not encourage every group like Hezbollah to fight with all they can to stop these atrocities that we can all clearly see?

The Zionists have attacked Lebanon for decades

Actually, the border was largely peaceful until the 1969 Cairo Agreement.

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cairo_Agreement_(1969)

This agreement allowed Palestinians to bring weapons to Lebanon. Then the Israelis started getting massacred non-stop

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avivim_school_bus_bombing

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiryat_Shmona_massacre

          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coastal_road_massacre

48 hours after the Coastal Road Massacre, they invaded South Lebanon.

Can you tell me the number of casualties on both sides. Let’s take kids for example. And then tell me who is massacring who exactly.

It never ceases to amaze me how you can still claim you are the victim when numbers tell a completely different story.

Israel logged over 35,000 violations of Resolution 1701 between 2006 and early 2024 and over 10,000 Israeli air and ground violations in the single year following 2024 ceasefire

You can say they are justified, that’s fine. You are more than welcome to hold that belief, hell I believe it myself.

That doesn’t change the situation. They may not have started the fight, but they certainly turned themselves into a target by their own actions.

I mean sure, if you want to redefine the “situation” we are talking about. Here let me try, now we’re talking about the shrinking size of Lebanese kebabs, and now none of the past conversation makes any sense or is in any way relevant to this new topic I decided we are now talking about.
