I have a ph.d. in computer science and did the following calculations. I thought it was interesting enough to share with you guys. Flock cameras have v8 processors, meaning they have 8 x 64 GB of ram. This gives a price of 8× 850$ or 69 grand. With a total weight of around 600g, this means if the cameras were made of solid gold, they would be cheaper

    I think you have a mistake in your post. They only weigh 420 grams. Thankfully that doesn’t change the 69k value of all the rams.

    Also, why didn’t you mention the cameras are anime wifus that will transform back into human form when disconnected from the control tower and fall in love with the person who rescues them?
