Usually the previous album ‘Unquestionable Presence’ is cited as a landmark in mixing jazz with metal and in the evolution of tech-death. But at least to me, it’s difficult to hear jazz in there compared to ‘Elements’.

After this album the band broke up in 1994 until a live performance in 2006 and the new album ‘Jupiter’ in 2010.
