    Ok, it’ll make sense to say XD TACO if they reneg and Trump doesn’t follow through. But they’ve agreed to open the strait or there is no ceasefire agreement.

          The title does not say Iran agreed to open the strait. At the time it was only Trump saying he would accept a ceasefire after negotiating Iran’s 10 point proposal.
