It might sound weird but when i’m cussing out another drivers stupidity… I disassociate the human in the vehicle and basically am just cussing out the car.

Cars (and other vehicles) do weird things to us psychologically.

On a personal level, the car becomes an extension of your own body. Think about what people tend to say after an accident: ‘You hit me’, not ‘you hit my car’ unless they weren’t inside.

For others, as you say, it has the inverse effect - they make it easy for us to forget there’s a human inside, which can lead to more aggressive behaviour.
