An unconditional surrender is a surrender in which no guarantees, reassurances, or promises (i.e., conditions) are given to the surrendering party. It is often demanded with the threat of complete destruction, extermination or annihilation.

How can you unconditionally surrender a war you didn’t start. Makes this a war of conquest and the fact that Congress is rolling over on it is disgusting.
Every vote to continue should have the Congress person tried for treason.

I’m just surprised their articulating it that way because it make this a war of conquest in no uncertain terms, all while they’ve been trying to soften their language by using words like “mission” and “operation” makes it all the more disgusting.
