It’s not brow beating because it is the plot basically. Sort of hard to describe and I might be wrong. There’s a series of Murderbot Diaries book series that add up to a book or so. I highly recommend. Very quick reads and a lot of fun.

It’s really a wonderful adaptation. The books are just good though lol.
