Chapter 1 is free, 2 and 3 are DLCs, right?
EDIT: Thanks for all the answers! If I view an individual DLC it shows the price, but the game and all DLCs were added to my library when I claimed it.
They give away the whole game for free every june, for pride month. It’s actually pretty good if you like Life is Strange type of games.

Chapters 2 and 3 are downloadable content, but Steam shows them as being free along with Ch.1 at the moment
