No one reasonable would trust anything the Trump administration promises. It is going to be exceptionally hard to convince them that this time is any different from any of the previous broken promises.

No one’s going to trust future administrations either. Maybe the president after next will break the agreements the same way Trump broke Obama’s agreements.

Not only that but it needs to also be negotiated with Isreal who routinely assassinates / attempts to assassinate people that they are negotiating with and who has shown that the term “cease fire” is meaningless.

They released like 570M barrels combined, the Bendy of Hormuz accounts for like 20m barrel a day. The Bendy has been closed for 4 weeks, let’s say 20% is still getting through or going through alternative pipelines. That means that after 36 days of closure, those reserves are gone.
