Most of the people I know who live here don’t have rich parents. But I’ve definitely known people from money who move here, and go directly to an expensive apartment.
I don’t have rich parents. My room was a shoebox on the 6th floor of a walkup building in Greenwich Village and I had a roommate. It was one of the best times of my life. I miss NYC all the time.
