

That situation has devolved to where some (a concerning proportion of) cars have literally injuriously sight damagingly blinding light output on other road users, and thus in many cases against themselves. Canada will do a lot about that problem if enough citizens and residents decide to do something enough to make pocketbooks of lawmakers and of lawmaker auction buyers notice liabilities reach their balance sheets, just like about most problems.
