I didn’t check if it was possible to add extensions on cromite, i use it only as a secondary browser. I prefer to use firefox based browser (ironfox on my phone). Thanks for the information.

Does ublock origin lite really add something to the build-in ad block ? I thought the manifest v3 killed the ad blocker extensions.

Try using the backup tool. Save the backup on an external storage. Relock the bootloader, restore the data.

Not sure it will restore 100% of the data, but it can help.

I use a “degoogled” ROM with microG. And I use android auto “without” the play store.

By using the following tuto and without root, I’m able to use android auto without having its dependencies installed ( play store, maps, google tts…)

It’s not an open source alternative to android auto, but it limits greatly the interaction with google. I have comaps and osmand from fdroid that works in the android auto app this way.

If you have google apps on your phone, maybe you can uninstall or deactivate the dependencies for AA, and follow the tuto, there is a chance that it works.
