In the middle of the ocean? Wouldn’t that require a sextant, night time, and a lot of expertise?

Kei trucks and vans are awesome. I keep waiting for somebody to start importing them from Vietnam, since VN is left-side-drive like USA. Every Kei truck or van I’ve seen for sale in USA has been right-side-drive.

1st world needs doors. 3rd world gets bags, baskets, or just their legs.

Anybody who has been to SE Asia knows that two-wheeled vehicles already have plenty of cargo space.

100%. a good portion of my favorite memories of SF are when i did not own a car.

I lived on that street for years, as in my address was on Great Highway, and I loved it when the highway would close due to sand drifting over the road. Sure, cars flowed into the neighborhoods and drove like assholes, but for me, I loved the closed highway. I have so many photos, videos, and great memories from those days.

I used to take my 2 year old daughter out on the highway to scoot and kick the ball around.

I know a lot of folks in that neighborhood probably hate the overflowing traffic, and I can see why. On weekends when the upper highway was closed traffic on my street (lower great highway) was awful, mostly because impatient drivers are assholes, but IMHO it was worth it for having the highway closed to cars and open to people.
