Simple work around that I have found after my bans. VPN, make a new Windows local account, your back in. I’m not sure if the VPN is needed as I was VPN on my main windows log on and kept catching bans.
My guess is they have a digital fingerprint of that user account ot something like pixel working in the background which I thought I had blocked but you cant trust any tech these days…

I love if I take a day off be it sick or vacation and no one does my job and I come into 2x the works. And vacations are a nightmare, now its 2 weeks of work stacked.
