I especially liked the one on jet turbine blades (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtxVdC7pBQM), and their explanation of how displacements propagate through crystals, and how the blades are made with variations in crystal structure that limit that propagation. Yeah, they’re using clickbaity titles on it, but the content’s solid.
