Yeah, there’s a bunch of opinions in there being presented as facts. They are trying to push a narrative that China is more technologically advanced than the US that doesn’t really reflect reality.

Increasing affordable supply will always help. The argument is that increasing supply regardless of type, does not. It’s how you get empty condos being held as investments.

I’m really happy to see the NDP leadership race get a few people on mastodon. I don’t like having to go over to bluesky or god-forbid twitter to see what they are up to.

That’s a rude way to frame the cops being frustrated about having a hard time arresting the actually bad people in the story.
