26,978 Karma just checked my recently banned account that I’ve had for 5 years. I got banned for breaking rule one which is bullying, harassment or violence against a marginalized group for asking reddit something like: Why don’t we castrate all billionaires if we don’t want generational wealth? and all my accounts linked and I can’t comment or like. … I missed it for a little bit for the reason of not being able to correct people as well lmfao but I don’t miss it now that I’ve found something better.

516·4 days agoThen don’t use the internet because everything has Ai. Google has it, every browser has it installed, almost every shopping site automatically uses Ai results, the news feed on Google is all Ai results, the questions that are the most asked on Google are now Ai driven.
Main point of environmental destruction is using the LLM’s but nearly everything is using Ai and it’s hard to outrun it and a lot of things are making it hard to opt out and I wouldn’t put it past them to make it so they can make you pay to opt out of Ai in the future for a premium browser with the ability to disable Ai otherwise you’re stuck with it kind of thing.
I hate what it’s doing to the environment too but it’s not going away unless everyone in neighboring communities decided to bulldoze them and use their wrecking balls to destroy them. Emps aren’t hard to make happen.
If people wanted to destroy them they would. If people really didn’t want them they’d destroy them.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•How did people treat you after losing weight?
52·4 days agoPeople treated me better for the first year then it was normal. My biggest was 286lbs (129 Kilograms.). I’ll never forget getting down to 168 and I felt like shit because of how little energy I had I feel a lot better at 189lbs-194lbs range but that’s because I eat better and I lift weights and exercise and I’m not trying to lose weight and I didn’t really use any weights going down but I did when I was trying to not feel sluggish from being too small.
That’s trippy to think, I had a group of friends in my early 20’s at my smallest and they were telling me to catch up but when I was an overweight teenager, I was being told to hurry up because I was big and therefore, slower.

7·6 days agoHow about we evaluate why these things cost so much? Maybe if we idk, actually allow people the medical care they need instead of criminalizing them and gouging them maybe people would actually consider this country becoming a favorable place to live.
Whatever though people are choosing to have less and less children so ** when we die in debt an we have millions of dollars in debt due to probably a 8% apr, the government can go fuck itself looking for that debt collection because we’re not gonna have any family to pay those people back. Given that most people’s next of kin is responsible for their debt if they die.**
So yeah, I mean push people to thier limits and force us all into debt and then wonder why no one wants to procreate and yeah like anyone wants that 8%apr payment plan for crapping out an offspring that they so desperatly want you to keep and not abort but can’t afford to take care of and NOW they cut MORE Programs that help families and then go: no, no, no, there’s payment plans. Which agian shows they care about, what could be and not really is. It shows they don’t want to know what is going on and only use a heavily biased generalization.
Fuck outta here. I hope they all see a psychiatrist.

2·10 days agoI think that’s really what it all comes down to, is the lack of surrender by a system that could eventually be able to make choices on the fly. You’re right though, in the end it’s not more humanitarian by any means. I suppose it removes a little bit of the sting and I guess If you’re able to pull off the mental gymnastics of being able to convince yourself that a computer program taking out a bunch of people in one go is less of a burden to carry on the conscious but I bet it’s a lot to carry for those that have to program and command the actions to happen and for the ones that actually have to engage with those systems.

39·10 days agoNope these make the choices. Ai driven 99.999%
When deployed, the drone is launched into a designated hunt-zone. It navigates purely via visual landmarks. The onboard AI constantly screens the video feed. When an object matches its classification matrix (e.g., a specific mobile missile launcher), the system locks onto the pixel coordinate, arms the ESAD, and executes a terminal dive completely independent of human input.
This tightly integrated anatomy of Edge Compute + Computer Vision + Modular Lethality is what defines the reality of autonomous robotic warfare today.

You and me both. I was like that’s not possible when I got banned for that. That’s a valid question too. To be honest and I know filters don’t think logically but thinking logically, wouldn’t someone be more inclined to take their money and leave them for dead than go through the trouble of cutting off their genitals and knowing someone or having the surgical knowledge to do such?
