The effect of this law is to make Utah law apply everywhere. Other states should play similar games. Require an age check to view Mormon content, make websites liable for serving Mormon content to underage users even through a VPN.

People seem worried that this will be applied to everyone. In reality what’s going to happen is websites will just block Utah.
