The feds may announce an “asset recycling” scheme for Canadian airports at their investment summit in Toronto. It would make air travel in Canada worse.
The sole exception was local trash pickup if I am not mistaken. But even then there was so much competition at one point that they just go in one another’s way.
Privatizing anything in the west leads to paying more for less and worse service. Always. I don’t even know if there is an exception to that rule.
