I’ve been doing this for years but my friends were utterly baffled when they found out. I have a cheap, copper plated tongue scraper from a knick-knack store and it does the job beautifully, virtually eliminating morning breath.

    Can’t say as it hasn’t happened once or twice. 😅 I felt I had better control over it than the brush still.
