But as a human being who consumes books, music, TV shows, and movies, given the current large cultural rift and your deep, genuine values I’m sure your detailed research into everyone involved with all media you consume has led to you finding loads of people with awful personal beliefs who aren’t often featured in big flashy news articles.

If you’re not simply virtue signaling I’m sure it would be very simple for you to whip out a few dozen of those names to help everyone know more awful people who we should be sure to ensure we’re not financially supporting with our media consumption habits.

Also… no, dear. I never said anything good about JK Rowling. She’s a sack of shit. Loads of artists are horrible people. It’s nothing new. If you watch a thing and enjoy it and then find out one of it’s creators is a sack of shit do you instantly hate that thing you’d just been enjoying? Retroactively change your opinion on the art itself? It’s performative. That’s all it is. And it’s becoming tiresome as hell.
