I used my thumb for the left click, pinkie for the right, and the other 3 to better control the ball. The only big complaint I have is the wrist rest they include: it’s really hard, and comes off real easy.

God the buttons on that mouse are horrible. The scroll ring is nice, but not enough to keep it with the buttons like they are.
The orbit worked really well for me. I used my thumb for the left click, pinkie for the right, and the other 3 to better control the ball.
