This spring could see the start of Chinese-made EVs arriving in Canada. What can consumers expect and how do they stack up against Canadian weather?Subscribe...
Getting parts or service will definitely be the make or break issue for Chinese EVs. I own an EV that was only sold in the US but I imported it to Canada. I can buy the body and some suspension parts online, usually RockAuto and even Amazon, but if a drivetrain component goes, good luck, I’ll be screwed. Fortunately its been amazingly reliable and has barely needed any service at all in 6 years.
