And USB 4, which defines two different possible operating speeds, one of which is equal in speed to USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 (not faster than it) And USB 4 Version 2 (lord help me) which defines a mode in which the upstream speed is halved in exchange for faster downstream speeds. jumps out window
