Because it highlights the depravity of the ruling class. It reminds people that we are ruled by literal rapists and pedophiles who operate completely outside the rule of law. This is a critical point to hammer for people who still have the delusion that western liberal system is some sort of a functioning democracy.

Dividing the ruling class into “Depraved listed in the Epstein files” class and the “Morally correct capitalists not listed in the Epstein files” does not help class conciseness.

I don’t think the “depravity” needs to be highlighted. Workers know the depravity they’re forced into by heart.

Yeah, that’s just not true. Plenty of the people in RL I talk to still simp for the system and the capitalist class. They are yet to grow any class consciousness whatsoever. The Epstein class moniker emerged organically somewhere over the last little while and it works great as a little tool to elevate people’s cosciousness a wee bit. Many “just get it” without further explanation. A Marxist shouldn’t waste the tools thrown at her just because they don’t neatly fit the theory.

You might, but majority of people in Canada are firmly in the liberal mainstream. I see zero harm in highlighting that the system is completely lawless myself.
