When the USA is no longer at war with iran, Iran will have no reason to continue attacking shipping. Iran wanted to make a deal: no nuclear weapons in exchange for lifting sanctions. In fact, that exact deal once existed: it was enacted by Obama. Trump, the incompetent fucking idiot, tore it up.
