We would like to remind you that outside decoration must be confined to your porch area and small enough to remove easily and not block the view of other residents or obstruct the common elements and a walkways, as defined in our bylaws. Please remove this item in the next seven days or the board reserves the right to levy fines and penalties up to and including eviction if ignored.”
