While I understand the video in principle, I’d like to add that there are far better example than Munich. Munich is host to one of the most important automotive fair, besides obviously being a industrial cluster for brands such as BMW. It’s definitely a pro car city.

Oh no doubt. That’s just where this guy moved to and had sufficient firsthand experience to discuss.
I know there are other German cities that have done much more with greenspace and pedestrian/bicycle access. Hannover comes to mind.
