Legislation initiated by far-right Otzma Yehudit party drew mounting criticism from opponents and rights groups as it moved through the Knesset

Israel’s parliament has advanced a contentious bill to impose the death penalty on Palestinians convicted of terrorism to its final vote, after the Knesset’s national security committee approved the measure on Tuesday.

The legislation, initiated by the far-right Otzma Yehudit party led by the national security minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, has drawn sharp criticism from opponents who warn it would mark a significant escalation in Israel’s penal policy. Members of Otzma Yehudit have worn noose-shaped pins in support of the bill.

    the history of Israel and jews as a whole is a simple one.

    A long time ago Jews (Israelites) raped and butchered people. Then along came Egypt who got tired of their bullshit and enslaved them. Then the Jews all rebelled and ran away. fast forward a few decades and the Jews raped, butchered and enslaved the Canaanites while declaring that it was god’s will. fast forward a few centuries and people got sick and tired of the Jews being absolute dogshit and the Jews got kicked to the curb. then the Jews cried victim and got help. Then rinse and repeat all the way up to WWI and WWII when the Jews had control of the banks and treated people who weren’t Jews as shit. then the Nazis went all evil genocidal dickbags. After WWII the Jews cried waawaawaa Israel is our god given land (ignoring the fact that the Palestinians were the original inhabitants of Israel and were the original Jews). Following which they (Israel) spent the next 60-80 years raping, torturing, and killing Palestinians (who happen to be brown and the original Jewish race). Then cried victim again when people got tired of their bullshit… pointing to WWII as the reason why they should be allowed to commit genocide.

    Literally every single genocide and war of oppression, in history, against the White Jews was a result of said White Jews being a big sack of Dicks. except for WWII by the Nazis (who were just a bigger sack of dicks). and people forget that the Zionist Jews actually helped Hitler go all murder happy.

      That’s the image they like to project (the first half, anyway), but Israel traces surprisingly little of its descent to Holocaust survivors. Most of its Jewish inhabitants are either Middle Eastern or East European (neither group immigrated to Israel en masse during the Holocaust), and its founders were all already in Israel by 1939.
