The administration has already been blocked from implementing its ban on gender-affirming care in prisons. Last year, three transgender people currently incarcerated in federal custody filed a class action suit against the administration and the Federal Bureau of Prisons challenging those policies. In June 2025, a federal judge granted a temporary injunction requiring the BOP to continue providing gender-affirming care to trans inmates as the case proceeds.

    Well fuck, that sucks some big sweaty monkey-balls. Especially if you so easily COULD. But why the fuck would any trans (or anything that is not straight and white and born in that stupid country) not want to leave?! Don’t they SEE what is happening?

        I never actually tried emigrating. I just live in a country that is flooded from all sides, so I guess it can’t be that hard. Probably depends on where…though the US doesn’t seem like a place where I would feel safe or welcome being trans. Or at the very least tolerated.
